-

JoPACC is proud to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of the Fletcher Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion’s (FLPFI) Research Prize. The Prize is administered by the Fletcher School at Tufts University, which specializes in international affairs, and will co-sponsor JoPACC’s ongoing research project on Government Payments in Jordan and the progress of its digitalization.

The research project aims to understand the progress of digitalization across government payments in the country and the impact it has on residents’ lives. In doing so, JoPACC aims to produce policy recommendations building on international experiences and the local Jordanian context to assist the government in meeting its digital transformation goals while building on the government’s objective of improving lives and livelihoods.

The FLPFI Program is an innovative executive education program striving to equip policy-makers in developing nations with the tools to design and implement policies towards increasing financial inclusion. As such, FLPFI personnel will further collaborate with JoPACC by providing training on their 8-Question Method for policymaking, in addition to technical assistance across various areas of the research project.
