Instant Payment System Workshop

JoPACC organized a workshop to introduce a new payment system- the Instant Payment System- which will be launched by JoPACC in Q4 2019. The workshop included representatives from all banks, and involved a detailed presentation to walk the participants through the architecture, messaging infrastructure, features and value proposition of the system.

The workshop was highly interactive, with many fruitful questions interluding the discussion points. The second part of the workshop involved a presentation on the QR-enabled payment standards to be introduced by JoPACC in Q4 2019 to activate interoperability in payments amongst its systems. Overall, the audience was very enthusiastic about the introduced technologies and was excited about their launch by JoPACC.
