JoPACC Signs New Sponsorship Agreements for JOIN and Announces Sponsors for Two Years

The Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JoPACC) announces the signing of new sponsorship agreements for its Jordan Innovation Fintech Incubator “JOIN Fincubator” during an official ceremony attended by H.E. Dr. Adel Al-Sharkas, Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan and Chairman of JoPACC's Board of Directors.
The JOIN Fincubator announced the sponsors, the Jordan Kuwait Bank as a Platinum Sponsor, while both Housing Bank for Trade and Finance and Capital Bank joined as Bronze Sponsors. The agreements were signed by Ms. Maha Bahou, CEO of JoPACC, Mr. Haethum Buttikhi, CEO of Jordan Kuwait Bank, Mr. Ammar Al-Safadi, CEO of the Housing Bank, and Mr. Adel Awad, as a representative of the CEO of Capital Bank.
These strategic partnerships align with JOIN’s commitment to supporting the FinTech innovation ecosystem and are in line with the Economic Modernization Vision launched in 2022, which aims to empower entrepreneurship and foster the digital economy in Jordan.
The sponsorship agreements will be in effect for two years (2025-2027) and will provide the sponsoring banks with exclusive benefits. These include engaging their employees in specialized workshops and innovation support programs organized by JOIN. The agreements also allow banks to participate in judging competitive events such as hackathons which focus on addressing real challenges facing the financial services sector. Additionally, the sponsors will be given priority in collaborating with JOIN-incubated startups, either by supporting their FinTech innovation projects or funding and helping launch them into the market. Not to mention the priority given to them in delivering training sessions within the incubation program and participating in the evaluation of participating teams, in addition to joining corporate challenge programs.
